This is a known, but rare issue with some Windows Mobile 6.1 devices and has been fixed in version 2.2.004. This version is now available to download using the UMU Scan update feature. If you cannot start UMU Scan to run update please restart your device with any memory cards removed and retry. If the problem persists please contact support.
